National Sales Representative (NSR)
JOB INFORMATION:
The National Sales Representative is part of our brokerage division and works onselling our services and finding companies to move customers' freightnationwide. Our NSR's work at building a book of business through calls, emailsand various innovative tools. We strive to listen to our customers' needs andproblems and provide solutions!
JOB DESCRIPTION: Essential Duties and Responsibilities-
New sales representatives build a diverse book of business from scratch-withsourcing leads and lead generation
Driven to meet or exceed monthly goals/metrics
Pursuing new business around the U.S., Canada and Mexico by cold calling andemailing shippers that consistently move products
Report on-site in our downtown Greenville office, M-F
Success and Skills used in NSR Role-
"Hunter/Entrepreneurial mentality" with persistence and good negotiatingsales skillset
Prospecting/qualifying customers
Solution driven/positive focused problem solver in fast-paced industry
Great communication and customer care and relationshipsbuilding/networking/managing/ good listener

QUALIFICATIONS:
Higher education (i.e. two- or four-year degree) preferred but not requiredOR a minimum of 2 years of work experience in inside sales or logistics relatedroles with longevity of employment in roles preferred
One or more years of experience Building a Book of Business/B2B inside salespreferred
Excellent presentation and verbal, written communication staging skills
A firm understanding of marketing strategies, sales tools, and customerservice principles.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) andinternet (social media, internet databases and research tools)
Strong work ethic and sense of integrity; trustworthy
Job Type: Full-time at Greenville Office

Pay: Compensation & Benefits
Total cash compensation range of this position is $45,900 to $55,900including a base salary range of $43,000 to $53,000 and first-year trainingincentive of $2,900. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience,education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doingsubstantially similar work.In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible forperformance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/orcompany performance.Anderson Trucking Service is committed to supporting our employees with acomprehensive benefits package.
