DISH Network's Commercial Sales Channel drives all sales outside of the residential single-family home. This includes restaurants, bars, waiting areas, gyms, offices, retail spaces, hotels/motels, multiple dwelling units, hospitals, senior living facilities, and other Commercial environments.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The National Sales Manager - Strategic Partners is responsible for supporting, developing, and expanding relationships with distributors, PCOs, and strategic retailers to meet sales and revenue goals in targeted commercial markets. This position will manage a team of Account Managers who are responsible for growth from their assigned regions and partners throughout the United States. In addition, this role will be responsible for fostering relationships with businesses and industry influencers to identify new commercial sales and partnership growth opportunities.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the sale of new subscriptions through indirect sales channels.
Solicit new DISH business through the development of tools offers and programs designed to increase sales velocity for DISH Business
Drive sales and revenue growth through a diverse group of new and existing sales partners in commercial markets and reinvigorate existing Strategic Partners
Analyze current partnerships and create growth strategies to increase sales within targeted vertical markets including assisting existing partners in broadening their product expertise and sales opportunities and onboarding new partners as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at brands, ownership groups and management groups in identified target vertical markets
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five years related sales experience and/or training; and four-plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of sales and or sales management experience, preferably working in an indirect or commercial sales environment
Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels across the DISH organization.
Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
Position requires computer expertise, including use of the internet, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
Must be flexible, innovative and have the ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
Travel requirements are up to 50%
