Retain existing accounts and drive profitable new sales growth in assigned geographic territory
Sell all Lien Solutions' client offerings including, iLien, iLienRED, MVP and other lien and life-of-loan services to the corporate and/or financial markets
Learn and stay informed on the comprehensive Lien Solutions product line
Learn and follow a comprehensive sales process
Update and manage sales pipeline information for an assigned list of accounts
Contribute to sales planning and forecasting activities
A minimum of eight years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience with demonstrated success in national account management and new sales acquisition; preferably with industry experience with UCC, public records searching and life-of-loan services and workflow analysis
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience selling to multiple levels within Fortune 500 companies, banks and/or financial institutions
Consistent achievement of sales quotas
Experience making in-person presentations to prospective clients to explain the business' products and services and their alignment to client needs
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to problem solve
Ability to prioritize work through time management to meet tight deadlines
Ability to travel 50% or more
