National Sales Director

National Sales Director - Stratus Building Solutions Services Group (SSG) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Director to join our team at SSG in a remote and national role.

As the National Sales Director (NSD), you will play a crucial role in leading our sales team to drive revenue and expand our customer base in Recurring Account Sales, Unit Franchise Sales, and Special Service (one-time) Sales. Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the CEO Dotted-line oversight and support of Regional Directors (RD), Outside Sales Reps (OSR), Office Managers (OM), and Franchise Business Consultants (FBC) Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals Lead and motivate the sales teams to meet and exceed targets Support the recruitment of top sales talent Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth Design/modify onboarding, training, and performance improvement plans Provide routine reporting to senior leadership Office visits and travel (expected 8-15 days/month) Presenter at SSG Annual Meeting Leader of National Sales Summit Host of virtual Monthly Sales Collaboration Owner/Creator/Modifier of all physical and digital resources related to sales process Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience with CRM systems Ability to travel as needed Preferred Skills: HubSpot Experience in B2B Ability to manage large remote teams COMPENSATION:

EXPECTED TOTAL COMPENSATION: $120,000 - $160,000 (though the ceiling is uncapped) Annual Bonus $15k - $20k Quarterly Bonus $10k - $15k Base Salary $70k - $80k Medical, Dental, Vision 401k w/match PTO Monthly Phone Allowance About Us: SBS Services Group (SSG) is the largest Master Franchisee in Stratus Building Solutions network.
