Reporting to the Global Chief Brand Officer and US President of Vibram, the National Sales Director will lead revenue growth through meticulous client relationship development and management. This strategic role emphasizes cultivating new business opportunities and maximizing potential within existing clients.

This position’s mandate includes comprehensive account planning, strategic prospecting, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a client-centric approach aligned with Vibram’s goals. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Drive Revenue Growth and Achieve Sales Targets : takes charge of revenue growth initiatives, closely monitoring sales performance, tracking progress against objectives, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Business Development activity : drive and frequently review an account mapping with focus on current, past and future Brands to initiate collaboration with.

Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans : develops and executes strategic sales plans that are aligned with our corporate objectives and global direction (top line and bottom line) in conjunction with his/her team. Build Strong Customer Relationships : cultivates robust relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders is paramount to our success. Formulate Sales Forecasts and Performance Goals : collaborates with Regional Sales Managers to formulate sales forecasts and performance goals that drive our business forward based upon history and of projects.

Conduct In-depth Market Analyses : through market analyses, discerns customer needs, assess price competitiveness, and evaluate margin potential. Collaborate with Marketing and Innovation Teams : close collaboration with local and global marketing and innovation teams is essential for developing and promoting new products, partnerships, and awareness programs. Represent Vibram at Trade Associations : serves as a representative of Vibram at trade associations and technical development meetings.

Assist Global Technical Teams : provides assistance and coordination to global technical teams in preparing presentations. Generate Sales Reports : regularly generates sales reports detailing volume, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion. Monitor Competitive Activities : monitors and evaluates competitive activities, performance, and products to stay ahead of the curve.

OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans targeting new customer revenue and up-sell targets for existing customers for the Vibram performance division. Actively participate in regional events to drive business generation. Cultivate strong current and new key client relationships, ensuring maximum revenue through up-selling, renewal, and overall client satisfaction.

Participate in kickoff meetings, milestone meetings, and other strategic client interactions. Employ a strategic sales approach to create value for clients, elevating the companys capabilities and reputation. Maintain a deep understanding of Vibram’s product offerings, tailoring presentations to suit the needs of different organizations.

Assist clients in developing business cases and value propositions for proposed solutions. Collaborate with the Client Service team and Executive Leadership Team in executing the company’s sales process. Track and manage all prospect and client activity using SAP reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience 7 years of Sales in professional services, managed services, or solution experience Footwear marketplace knowledge Proven and referenced track record of successful customer engagements across enterprise-class verticals Preferred knowledge of SAP reporting and BI Strong foundation in strategic and tactical selling of solution sales Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Motivated to drive growth in an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing company environment Location This position can be located in one of four locations: Portland, OR; Los Angeles, CA; Boulder, CO; Boston, MA Compensation Base compensation starts at $145k annually, with a 30% bonus potential.
