Who you are

You are an experienced research professional with an eagle eye for detail and desire to help your clients succeed through the support of in-depth analysis. You love analyzing data concerning regional, national and global economics and understand commercial real estate fundamentals. As a Research Analyst you will assist the national research team in producing high-quality research publications, requiring the compilation, synthesis and analysis of proprietary and third-party data concerning regional, national and global economic and commercial real estate trends.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can use your amazing multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlines. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply and with clarity. You are a self-starter who brings high levels of initiative with everything you do.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in economics, real estate, business or a related field.

  • At least 2-4 years' experience in researching and analyzing commercial real estate data.

  • Strong knowledge of general statistics, economic indicators and commercial real estate market dynamics.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Work and PowerPoint, as well as database software.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using a research database.

Bonus skills and experience:

  • Specialized knowledge of one or more sectors (especially retail).

What success looks like:

  • You will be responsible for responding to and resolving various national inquiries, overseeing the national request mailbox, while leveraging and connecting available resources when applicable. The candidate must be able execute assigned projects and tasks independently with attention to quality and accuracy.

  • You will collect and analyze data related to commercial real estate and the economy across all service lines.

  • You will handle national database maintenance, verification and updates, including inventory, available and comparable.

  • You will perform ad-hoc queries for senior members of the national research team. You will also respond to ad-hoc inquiries from researchers and professionals across the country.

  • You will compile and write industry and specialty reports and use industry experience to develop insightful analysis. Provide market forecasting and trend analysis as appropriate.

  • Assist the national research team to produce, refine and update various presentations.

  • Maintain the national research mailbox, including timely response resolution, tracking and organization.

  • You have experience compiling research into internal research newsletters, presentations, training sessions and other deliverables.

VIEW JOBS 4/24/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-23T00:00 <strong>Job Description:</strong><br /> Kenjya-Trusant is seeking a Visa Sanctions Research Analyst to provide support services as outlined below to efficiently and effectively support the Office of Multilateral and Global Affairs (MLGA) in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL).<br />  <br /> <span style="color:#FF0000;"><strong>Clearance Requirement - Top Secret </strong></span><br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities: </strong> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Support the MLGA Visas/Sanctions Team in tracking initiatives and policy developments related to implementation of human rights-related visa sanctions ineligibilities (including under the INA, 7031(c), Presidential Proclamations, USC 1182(e), and Global Magnitsky) within the Department of State, with interagency partners, and external non-governmental organization (NGO) interlocutors</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;"> Monitor human rights abuses in assigned geographic areas of responsibility, including through classified and unclassified reporting channels, media sources, and NGOs.
