Our Corporate Real Estate team is responsible for arranging the procurement of properties used for operating purposes while maintaining cost exposure to PwC.. You'll help with real estate financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, site selection, and delivery of space.

A Senior Manager in the Policy, Compliance & Optimization function is responsible for a regional portfolio of workplaces. Their responsibilities include monitoring space usage and employee preferences/behaviors, analyzing trends and making recommendations on policy change, and advising the regional team on future changes needed to optimize the workplace use and experience.

More than 3 years experience in real estate design, project management and/or related operations experience.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Developing and conveying occupancy methods and tools for office and meeting spaces, including alternative ways to work in an office;

  • Evaluating occupancy and behavioral trends around use of a portfolio of offices;

  • Developing and putting in place workspace occupancy plans, policies and solutions;

  • Overseeing internal teams and external service providers to put into place workspace utilization and technology integration;

  • Serving as subject matter expert on firm managed space management technology and policy;

  • Collaborating with team members on company-wide real estate initiatives and engage in cross-training opportunities;

  • Advising the local regional office leaders on policy compliance and recommended changes as related to utilization of space management technologies, standards and practices;

  • Performing a cost-benefit analysis for different strategies and establishing technologies that meet budget expectations; and,

  • Identifying and understanding emerging trends in space management and technology.

The Senior National Account Manager serves as the primary Samsung contact for the Television business at Walmart and Walmart.com. This individual is responsible for leading cross functional teams including operations, marketing, finance, and merchandising support to achieve our annual goals. The candidate selected for this role will be responsible for helping to grow our customer engagement, achieving annual and quarterly sales targets, market share goals of Samsung televisions at Walmart. He/she is involved in the planning and execution of category roadmaps to achieve pricing, promotion, shelving, and assortment objectives. The Senior National Account Manager reports to the Sales Director. Role and Responsibilities Primary responsibilities as follows: * Drive revenue growth and profitability for the Television category for Walmart. * Work with the customer and product marketing groups to implement strategic growth plans that drive results in store and online. * Identify and develop new business opportunities which results in the achievement of increased revenue and profitability. * Leverage market and internal analytics to develop a go-to-market strategy in support of Samsung objectives, including account and product line specific programs. * Own the Omni-channel business by identifying and driving new strategies to accelerate growth. * Identify root cause to problems and use data driven approaches to solve them. * Combine POS data with marketing and insight data to create compelling and comprehensive selling stories. * Is responsible for new item sell-in and throughout product life cycle (item setup, in-store placement, sell-thru, forecasting, in-stock, pricing) * Continuously strive for excellence and set example for the rest of the team/organization.
