DESCRIPTION:

At EcoMedia, the National Programs team represents our mission in action. EcoMedia is seeking a talented National Programs Coordinator to work as a member of the EcoMedia team, and support all aspects of the National Programs team's work to, among other things, develop and manage nonprofit relationships; create sales documents; research, design and implement projects and events; and track and manage community impacts.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance and administrative support to the Chief Social Impact Officer and the National Programs Team members on all aspects of the National Programs team's support and execution related to EcoAd, EducationAd, WellnessAd, Givewith, and any and all other products:

  • Provide administrative support on project fulfillment, including meeting scheduling and preparation, materials development, and project and event support as needed to ensure high-quality and responsive client service.

  • As directed, conduct research on nonprofits and advertisers, and help identify and source qualified projects and funding opportunities to be presented to CBS advertisers.

  • Help develop and deliver creative projects decks, in a fast turnaround timeframe that incorporate qualified projects and funding opportunities matched to advertisers' goals.

  • Assist in drafting agreements and statements of work for projects, securing signatures, and managing file uploads to Salesforce and other data management systems.

  • Support and help maintain data entry and updates in Salesforce and other data management systems related to our nonprofit and government relationships including contact information, qualified project opportunities, program metrics, links to sales opportunities, and other data as needed.

  • Provide administrative support on nonprofit project analysis, and help develop impact and performance reports as assigned; compile and enter project completion report data and/or annual report data from nonprofit and government partners into Salesforce and other data management systems.

  • As directed, research and compile information into reports or PowerPoint presentations on broad national trends in areas including philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, technology-based giving platforms, cause-marketing, and other relevant topics.

  • Other projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years administrative experience in management consulting, media, marketing, corporate social responsibility, or related field preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Functional knowledge of nonprofits, government, volunteer engagement and corporate social responsibility

  • Functional knowledge of TV, radio, and online advertising

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce highly preferred

  • Organized, detail oriented, proactive, able to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities and requests

  • Work well under pressure with a strong sense of urgency

  • Team-oriented, strategic thinker with ability to work independently

  • Interest in and commitment to creating positive social impact

  • Solution-oriented among adversity and displays a positive approach to all problems

  • Comfortable in a face-paced environment, with a can-do attitude
