The National Portfolio Manager is a part of the DISH Fiber Business Development team, which is responsible for developing relationships and cultivating sales opportunities in targeted multifamily markets. Individuals in this role will be responsible for performing various lead generation activities. This role will work closely with internal and external partners to maximize the volume and ROI of lead generation programs.

The National Portfolio Manager (NPM) will be responsible for developing and managing long-term strategic relationships with the largest multifamily ownership groups in the country to ultimately generate new leads for the Sales Team.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on the largest multifamily ownership groups, other major influencers (management companies & consultants), and current industry buying and internet service trends.

  • Work closely with the marketing team and sales leaders to understand the broader DISH Fiber messaging strategy, how it will be deployed and how it relates to national portfolios.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify the target ownership groups / developers and the decision makers or influencers.

  • Develop and act on structured contact cadence for contacting and driving mind share within targeted ownership groups.

  • Develop deep relationships with decision makers and influencers within the targets

  • Understand current telecom & IoT strategies and the associated revenue models

  • Provide education on the benefits of bulk managed WiFi

  • Work with marketing and the Lead Generation Manager to conduct regular nurture campaigns

  • Network with industry decision makers and influencers via social media, industry events, direct engagement, etc.

  • Support the DISH Fiber Sales team in the sales process for specific property opportunities.

  • Maintain detailed records of all activity and report on progress to leadership and internal stakeholders.

A successful National Portfolio Manager will have the following:

  • A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of B2B Sales, Business Development or Indirect Sales experience.

  • Multifamily sales experience preferred.

  • Ability to achieve consistent results while working in a fast paced and changing environment

  • Outgoing and highly motivated personality who is passionate about winning

  • Ability to self-manage daily activities and report on successes and challenges

  • Comfortable speaking to "C" level industry contacts

  • Team player who can build productive internal and external relationships

Compensation: $74,700.00/Yr. - $103,850.00/Yr.

What you'll be doing Reporting to the Head of Retail Wireless Portfolio, you will lead the Device Portfolio team responsible for defining the device portfolio roadmap and selection for DISH's prepaid and postpaid mobile businesses. You will also work closely with leadership to define overarching device portfolio strategy and go-to-market strategy and delivery. Specifics * Own device portfolio selection and roadmap with responsibility for Product P&L; * Assist with go-to-market strategy and rollout of new devices across channels requiring strategic alignment with Marketing, Strategy, Retail and Sales teams; * Support lifecycle Management activities, including tracking sales performance, pricing management, MOL/EOL decisions and recommendations to achieve the business goals; * Work with Strategy & Analytics team to guide relevant market research initiatives including consumer and market trends related to device portfolio selection; * Work with the Strategy & Analytics team to define and maintain KPIs for products to guide portfolio decisions; * Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally; * Enforce compliance to DISH Wireless standards and policies and ensure that all business transactions are moral and ethical. Requirements * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a quantitative discipline; * 8+ years relevant work experience preferred, with a deep knowledge of portfolio management, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics; * Experience leading a team while working cross-functionally with team leads; * Understanding of mobile network communications fundamentals across 4G and 5G; * Strong experience with business modelling and forecasting; * Experience using relevant office applications (MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); * Excellent executive level communication skills, including ability to present narratives in a highly polished, succinct form, and ability to influence senior leaders, and peers; * Flexible, self-starter, comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment; * Desire for a high level of responsibility and ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision. #LI-GW1 Compensation: $94,560.00/Yr. - $118,200.00/Yr.
