Lead the Charge:

In this pivotal leadership role, you'll lead all aspects of the national operations and strategy for CBC. You'll bridge the gap between CBC's national leadership, franchisees, commercial agents within the owned brokerage and the broader Coldwell Banker and Anywhere resources. With a strategic mentality and collaborative spirit, you'll ensure seamless and timely delivery of initiatives, propelling our network to new heights.

  • Champion Operational Excellence: Demonstrate expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency, with a history of successfully streamlining operations and optimizing costs. Be the connector who ensures CBC leverages available resources and ideas to find a better way;

  • Ignite Brand Awareness: Possess a strong understanding of brand building and marketing strategies, with the ability to develop and implement initiatives that elevate brand awareness. Represent the brand in commercial industry organizations. Participate in brand building by hosting our podcast;

  • Drive Franchisee Retention: Have a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that cultivate positive relationships and drive retention among key partners.

  • Cultivate Top Talent: Be a passionate leader with a talent development approach, encouraging a culture that attracts, retains, and develops hard-working team members. Responsible for managing brand programs such as our Top Producer offering, awards program, and supervising the programs coordinator;

  • Champion Growth & Inclusion: Demonstrate a proven commitment to diversity and inclusion, with a successful track record of fostering a culture that empowers all team members.

Shaping Our Culture & Serving as Chief of Staff:

You'll play a vital role in crafting CBC's culture, fostering a collaborative and impactful team environment. As a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, you'll act as a Chief of Staff, providing strategic guidance and ensuring seamless execution of priorities.

The Leader We Seek:

  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within operations management, sales support, franchising, or a related field.

  • Real estate and Commercial real estate industry experience, strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement critical initiatives.

  • Proven project management skills.

  • Excellent training and coaching abilities.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication (written & verbal), and relationship management skills.

  • Passion for building successful teams and fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Expertise in project management and process improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data software.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel up to 20%.

Compensation Range

$135,000 - $145,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
