In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of Contact Center tools and databases. You will work with Workforce Management partners and tool administrators to ensure tool stability, project creation and workflow monitoring. You will be the central point communication tool stability for call operations. Your focus includes pre-planning and execution, provided ad hoc and reoccurring communication updates, and performance cost optimization and delivery. You will maintain and execute on the vision of "Enabling UnitedHealth Group contact centers to become a Competitive Advantage for our company".

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain workforce management software and tools to provide partners ability to manage intra-day staffing levels and to determine the most effective methods for staffing adjustments

  • Create and maintain call center tools that observe agents actual state compared to agents scheduled state, and provide recommendations/actions based on those observations

  • Gain an understanding of the technical and business solutions that support is being provided for

  • Prepare and maintain reporting databases, dashboards and monthly packages

  • Provide training on report, dashboard and package development to team members and management as needed

  • Partner with the National Operation Center and Workforce Staff on Workforce Management policies, procedures, and best practices; Act as a peer mentor/peer lead

  • Drive innovation and process improvement within Workforce Management

  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to improve overall performance of the call center, and enable strong understanding of the business

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with InfoPath forms
  • 2 years of experience in MS Office database creation and management
  • 2 years of experience in process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation processes
  • 2 years of experience in operational and/or procedural aspects of a call center experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree

  • Workforce Management experience

VIEW JOBS 11/7/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-05T00:00 TCF Equipment Finance is currently looking for a Sr. Special Assets Analyst to join their team in Minnetonka,MN Position Summary Primary responsibility is to manage the Special Lease Reporting ("SLR") process which includes all customer relationships risk rated 6 or 7 with net exposures greater than $250,000.00. Ensure all required reports for SLR transactions are completed timely, accurately and they include all pertinent data/information regarding actions taken or planned on the account including, but not limited to reserve actions. Manage program reporting responsibilities including the production of various credit metric, Ultimate Net Loss Pool ("UNL") and recourse reports. Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the assumption, assignment and modification process. Major Areas of Accountability * Responsible for the full scope of the SLR reporting process on a monthly basis; with assistance from staff, work with collections, late stage, workout and remarketing teams to update all existing SLR's as well as create new SLR's as required/warranted. Perform appropriate assessment of assigned risk ratings and adjust as necessary. * Attend the monthly SLR meetings and be prepared to speak to all reports including the status of transactions and any specific action/reserve recommendations based upon a thorough review of available financial data as well as the underlying collateral. * Responsible for the overall management of Portfolio report production; with assistance from staff, produce and include a wide variety of weekly, monthly and quarterly portfolio reports. Creation and production of required program reporting including those related to various UNL and recourse programs. * Act as liaison between Portfolio and Corporate Compliance for Portfolio related regulatory and internal audit requests. Produce requested reports and documents as necessary. * Conduct on-site audits of various sources books and records to ensure compliance with documentation, payment posting, cash handling, titling and other program related requirements. * In cooperation with internal and external customers, conduct thorough review of modification and assumption requests submitted to Portfolio; approve, reject or recommend other action(s) on the requests within assigned credit authority or forward the request to the appropriate approver. This includes analyzing available customer financial data and TCFEF's collateral position. Complete a TDR analysis as required in cooperation with the TCFEF Assistant Controller. * Represent the Portfolio department by participating in the Program Committee. Ensure the appropriate servicing and reporting capabilities are in place to effectively comply with various program agreements. * Actively participate in the due diligence of third party portfolio purchases; responsible for the overall management of purchased portfolio risk by closely monitoring various credit metrics and acting as a liaison between TCFEF and the portfolio source. * Perform supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing staff. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent work experience * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a secured lending environment, preferably Leasing or Commercial Lending with specific emphasis on credit analysis, the extension of credit, collections or workout management * Thorough knowledge of leasing/secured lending policies and procedures * Possess good negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Strong working knowledge of all leasing functions including pricing, restructuring, documentation and negotiation * Demonstrated ability to lead the work of others * Ability to create and generate numerous portfolio reports which outline portfolio metrics/attributes * Ability to analyze other companies operations and financial condition * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong knowledge of MS office applications with an emphasis on Excel Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or Finance * 7 years of credit, collections or workout management in a commercial lending environment * Good salesmanship and negotiation skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Prior supervisory experience Build your career with TCF You have room to grow at TCF.
