Position Summary
The National Marketing Manager/Director will manage a group of national project managers focused on both corporate/national initiatives and division project requests. This role collaborates across multiple corporate departments and divisions to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with company objectives. The position reports to the National Marketing VP and is within the National Marketing Department; an internal agency supporting market regions across 16 US states with Richmond American Homes presence. Responsibilities
Manage group of account and project managers, providing guidance for career development, workload and process optimizations, and project prioritization across divisions/departments.
Lead initiatives with project management team and collaborate across multi-functional teams within the National Marketing department to achieve company business goals, as well as other corporate departments and divisions.
Drive effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs; KPIs, budgets, division marketing performance reporting.
Provide leadership and corporate marketing guidance to divisions on local marketing strategies to ensure each division is achieving their metrics and business plan goals.
Visit communities with division marketing managers to ensure marketing is rolled out effectively and within brand guidelines, as well as identify new strategies and deliverables to improve community performance.
Manage National Customer Experience (CE) program, including development of program initiatives, internal trainings, and vendor management.
Oversight of relationships and contracts with external vendors.
Develop and maintain national programs and policies

Requirements
10+ years of experience in a team management role in advertising/marketing with oversight of marketing strategy, account/project management, budgets and reporting.
Experience in Wrike or other similar project management applications.
Position requires high-energy, creativity, adaptability, critical-thinking and decision-making, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
Homebuilding, multi-family, or real estate marketing experience preferred

Compensation
Base Salary: $95,000-$115,000
FLSA Status: Exempt
Bonus Type: Year-End
