Position Objective

A senior level sales position with primarily national accounts that requires relationship management throughout the US. Assigned to select national accounts to drive national sales activities in concert with the originating branch/country, with the aim of maximizing national/global participation via all KM sales offices world-wide.

This position will be responsible for leading the development and execution of KM's overall strategy in collaboration with Regional President, branch teams, MVPs, Regional VPs, Major Accounts and subject matter experts as required.

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for creating the account strategy, managing/coordinating WW/National implementations and roll-out plan, account QBR's with Corporate Headquarters, contract management and compliance and overall national sales performance. Participating Areas include the following:

Strategy Development

Quarterly Business Review

RFP Development

Pricing and Contract Development

Account Review/Management

Strategy development on a national basis

Coordination of national resources to support customer

Responsible for communication to all KM team members

Development of customer contract; with review by Regional President

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Proven success at building and working as part of a team.

Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvement

Exhibits strong coaching, decision making and leadership skills

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
10+ years sales experience in related field

An Enterprise Account Manager focuses on opportunities of 1,500+ employees. Responsibilities As a partner centric organization, Enterprise Account Managers will be supported by and need to work closely with, the Market Development, Marketing teams as well as our partner community, to build a pipeline of new business opportunities which they can successfully transition into new customers. * Identification of sales opportunities within assigned territory * Identify and implement strategies to sell solutions into new accounts * Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual new business targets. * Work with the Partner / Channel Development team to develop and execute against account plans * Build and maintain relationships with new business prospects * Manage Business Administration by generating the reporting of the Key Performance Indicator's and general CRM housekeeping * Sign up to and execute against a set of end to end sales methodology and process (Gold Standard Sales Orders) * Monitor and report on activities while providing relevant management information * Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties, aid business, and develop organizationally * Attend trainings and develop relevant knowledge and skills Qualifications * Degree level education (preferred but not required) * Minimum 5 +years "hunter" IT sales experience (ideally within Email / Messaging / Security / Storage - but not essential) * Proven new/upsell business sales achievement against target * Ideally with experience of both Direct & In-Direct sales roles. * Understanding of Corporate IT teams and their buying processes Desirable Skills: * Strong business / commercial acumen * Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal) Person Specification: * Results-oriented with a positive outlook * A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance and that of their team members * Thirst for knowledge and a "can do" attitude * Problem solver * Proven team player * Presentable, articulate and adaptable * Tenacious * Comfortable with a high performance and dynamic environment Reward We offer a highly competitive rewards and benefits package including private healthcare, dental and life coverage.
