Seeking a talented individual who can support the team by managing the maintenance of system data for communities within the computer system to ensure accurate and timely community maintenance based on the Company's guidelines.

Responsibilities and Expectations

● Manage the community change process to facilitate contract changes and updates by assisting in researching issues and making the necessary required systemic adjustments.

● Coordinate option updates to changes made to level specifications and community offerings.

● Assist with creating a workflow that will facilitate more effective and efficient information flow with trade

partners during the contracting and validation effort for communities.

● Manage and communicate changes to all affected parties as part of the community change management and Vendor Schedule A processes.

● Maintain master data information pertaining to community maintenance and product offerings in the computer system.

● Work closely with the Community Setup Managers and Purchasing Teams to coordinate option information, ensure accurate communication to divisions as it relates to contract discrepancies or change management.

Minimum Qualifications Requirement

● Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 1 year of related experience in homebuilding and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

● Knowledge of construction process, materials, and blueprint reading.

● Proficiency in spreadsheet creation, analysis and design.

● Good written and oral communication skills

● Must be organized and detailed-oriented

● Ability to prioritize activities

● Self-motivation and self-direction skills, with the ability to maintain positive and optimistic attitude

● Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
