  • We are seeking a National Claims Clerk to join our Birmingham office. In this role, you will provide clerical support for the customers and the adjusters.This position will be in office and not a remote position.


1.Provides Support for the PIP Department, supporting the PIP adjusters.

2.Handling of mail in the various systems

3.Handling time sensitive documents

4.. Provides prompt, friendly, courteous and accurate service at all times. Enters notes in claim files or e-mails messages to company personnel as appropriate to the situation.

5.Copies, files, pulls files and mails forms and letters and performs other clerical duties as assigned.

6.Performs all other duties as assigned.


1.Must be familiar with operation of general office equipment including fax machine, copy machine, etc.

2.Good verbal and written communication skills in order to represent the Company in a professional manner.

3.Must be detail oriented, accurate and use good judgment in making decisions.

4.One year of clerical experience required.

6.Familiar with medical terminology and medical bills.

7.Basic knowledge of Word or Excel.

8.Must have regular and predictable attendance

Leverage recruiting expertise to influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities. Work You'll Do * Manage relationships with external vendors, internal key stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams * Plan, execute and operationalize business-focused, efficient and innovative recruiting programs, enabling recruiters to best support candidates through the recruiting lifecycle * Be a change agent with school recruiters and Campus Recruiting Managers to implement early talent initiatives and programs on-campus respective to targeted hiring profiles across all students. * Manage the creation and development of various learning and training experiences, to help campus recruiters develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to attract talent and best support the candidate experience * Research and establish analytical frameworks, conduct complex business analysis and develop strategic and innovative recommendations for improvement of recruiting initiatives * Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis including market conditions, insights and competitive intel * Develop presentations and reports for clients The Team The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business and type of hire - campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting. This role sits on the TA Innovations & Solutions team within Talent Acquisition. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 5 years of related experience * Strong understanding of campus recruiting * Strong analytical (qualitative and quantitative), research, and presentation skills * Experience and comfort in using analytical methods to create project analyses and recommendation support * Ability to synthesize large sets of information, extract insights, define trends across industries, and develop recommendations to clients * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment * Ability to influence others through a consultative approach, and build strong relationships * Ability to be a design thinker, and take something from ideation to development to execution * Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track * Demonstrated understanding of the adoption of campus sourcing technology platforms and their impact to future recruiting strategies * Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and team building skills * Critical thinking and the ability to execute on the details * Problem-solving skills * Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environment * Strong technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future * Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred: * Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
