Are you a highly motivated and experienced business consultant? Do you have a passion for helping businesses succeed and thrive? Nextep is seeking a National Business Consultant to join our team. As a National Business Consultant, you will work with clients of all sizes and industries to provide strategic guidance and support in areas such as HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and more.

About the role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact for all their business needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current business practices and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and present customized solutions and proposals to meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
  • Assist clients in implementing and optimizing Nextep's services, providing training and ongoing support as needed.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a business consultant, with a track record of successfully delivering results for clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and recommendations to clients at all levels.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to building long-term client relationships based on trust and mutual success.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
