Job Summary:
Xtant Medical is seeking talented and dedicated National Accounts Specialist that will support the company mission to market regenerative medicine products and medical devices. The National Accounts Specialist primary responsibilities will be to administer and maintain customer profiles, pricing, and support and collaborate with the National Accounts, Customer Care, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Finance Departments to support strategic development and compliance. Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Job Responsibilities and Duties: * Develop regulatory knowledge of FDA and AATB* Learn and understand the National Accounts contractual agreements at the facility (local), Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) levels * Learn how to navigate access channels to shorten the time between opportunity identification and first patient use * Administer tasks as they relate to contractual obligations such as:*
  • * Verifying and maintaining accurate membership credentials * Using supplier website portals for contract/pricing activations and access to membership rosters * Reporting * Compliance * Input customer data into Great Plains and provide ongoing data maintenance/hygiene in the Customer Maintenance and GPO Data cards * Create formal customer price files and ensure they are accurately maintained and stored in various platforms such as Great Plains, SharePoint, and company drives/folders * Assist with customer Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Value Analysis Committee (VAC) strategy and content * Learn product attributes and differentiating factors to properly cross reference product utilization reports * Facilitate corrections to charge sheet and/or purchase order pricing discrepancies by coordinating with the Customer Care Department and corresponding field Regional Vice President * Provide required hospital information to the Finance Team upon receipt of a Contract Term Sheet Request * Assist with new purchase agreements, amendments, and exhibits * Communicate contract implementation and requirements internally to applicable departments * Produce various reports as requested by the Corporate Accounts Manager * Maintain National Accounts Dashboard Reports * Collaborate with Marketing on new products, market ASPs, and price lists

    Job Requirements:
    * Must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to investigate, analyze, and interpret data to make sound judgments * Must have the ability to utilize strategic decision making, understanding short-term, mid-term, and long-term effects * Must be able to reason independently and work with minimal guidance * Must be able to adapt to quickly changing priorities and schedules * Must deal effectively with a wide variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise * Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and electronic)* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, Outlook, Great Plains (GP)* This position does not supervise others * Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Standard office hours are Monday Friday; 8:00am 5:00pm. About the National Sales Product Specialist Position The National Sales Product Specialist is responsible for remotely advising various parties within a project scope regarding integration of Bridger Steel materials, services and partnerships. The Project Specialist will also assist in developing new processes, solutions, and options through these interactions for future use across the company. Candidate will work directly out of our Belgrade Montana location, yet will be following up with web leads and phone calls from Bridger Steel customers nationally! Skills and Knowledge for the Position * High school diploma or equivalent * A combination of 2 years of experience in full scope construction and building systems * Preferred experience in Sales with customer focus * Architectural or design experience preferred * Ability to read and understand construction documents, blue prints, specifications, and identify how each Bridger Steel product operates within these documents. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook). * Ability to navigate Point of Sales (POS) software. * Proven experience in Hubspot Sales, including maintaining all aspects of a contact, deal, and company, as well as tracking communications with parties involved in project simultaneously. * Knowledge and use of CAD, TopView, or other drawing software preferred. * Strong mathematical aptitude. * Good decision making, extremely organized, strong attention to detail, keeping track of multiple tasks while prioritizing projects are a must. * Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to translate complex solutions remotely using tools including VTC, digital file transfers, screen sharing, phone or email. * Confident in taking initiative, independent of direct supervision. * Perform as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment.Ability to operate effectively in a high-paced environment with rapidly evolving resources, materials and solutions. * Ability to sit for long periods of time. * Excellent understanding of the new potential opportunities Bridger Steel is looking to develop, and how potential contacts may fit within that opportunity (preferred). * Excellent understanding of Bridger Steel products and services as they apply to building scope, and offer previously unused solutions to problems at various levels (preferred). * Excellent understanding of Bridger Steel inventory, logistics and production timelines to properly ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process (preferred). * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record in order to meet criteria for insurability established by Bridger Steel.
