How You Will Make an Impact National Accounts Sales Director will generate sales in assigned account base through creation of commercialization strategies. Build and maintain profitable customer relationships.

Manage distributor sales activities and provide the direction, leadership, and motivation required for proper sales execution. Work with the company to create KPI awareness of possibilities within reach for PHW sales force. Provide distributors with product awareness and work with marketing, science, and learning and development to develop training on selling Pet HealthWorks products.

Analyze competitive performance by monitoring overall market conditions and account activity to enhance market position and anticipate consumer needs. Consider POS and work with marketing to make impactful selling decisions to merchandise and sell brands. Open new larger, critical accounts through distributors and/or direct from Pet HealthWorks (chain retailers, buying groups, animal hospitals, etc.). Business casual atmosphere jeans and sneakers are okay by us. What You Bring to the Table Bachelors Degree preferred in Business or related major. High school diploma or equivalent required. 8 years of prior related national account, sales director, sales VP roles leading teams and developing multi-million dollar channels and chains.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools. Expert with sales and distribution concepts and KPIs. Comfortable with managing time, providing direction to team members, and meeting deadlines.

Strong attention to detail with consideration to data accuracy. Comfortable with limited direction, consistently raises new ideas, and questions the status quo. Highly motivated, customer-focused, strong work ethic, and a self-starter. EOE, DFWP J-18808-Ljbffr
