We are looking for a National Account Sales Representative at our Agri Beef Corporate Office in Boise, Idaho. Our comprehensive ranch-to-table approach means we are involved in every aspect of production-from ranches to feed yards to final processing-to consistently deliver the highest quality products. This sales team member will work to grow sales and visibility of Agri Beef and our company brands of Snake River Farms, Double R Ranch, St. Helen's and Rancho El Oro. The individual in this role will strive to increase sales, profitability and penetration of Agri Beef brands in key markets through sales activities and developing relationships. In addition, this role will educate and train distributor representatives about our company and brands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make sales and obtain contracts with customers; confirm both long and short-term contracts with customers for best possible service levels

  • Be accountable for order entry, price negotiations, marketing programs/accruals and contract decisions to achieve sales goals and market initiatives per budget

  • Keep up-to-date on market conditions and customer changes

  • Establish effective working relationships with customers to gain respect and loyalty; be responsive to customer needs and priorities

  • Build and sustain relationships and establish rapport with individuals; build trust by dealing openly and honestly with all levels within the organization

  • Speak effectively in individual or group situations (i.e., meetings, presentations, interviews); able to organize and present information to others; deliver positive high impact presentations

  • Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expert at building and developing long-lasting relationships with customers

  • Proven track record of being highly motivated and working without immediate supervision

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of the phone

  • Committed to a high standard of integrity and being a team-player is important to you

  • Willing and excited about the opportunity to travel throughout the year

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Experience and knowledge of our industry, a background in beef sales is preferred

  • If you have a college degree, that is great, but not required

You will be the essential owner of all business-related activities and targets at national and market levels. You will drive collaboration across multiple departments (sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations, and legal) at Headquarters (HQ) and Business Unit (BU) levels to ensure that goals of these customers are achieved.RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Expand all * Strategic Business Planning and Execution * Accomplish strategies and activities consistent with Red Bull goals and standards. * Allocate resources where the investment has the highest payback with important customers. * Guide the business planning and budget process for the assigned businesses. * Monitor market trends and feed relevant consumer information to the HQ Insights Department. * Reach the senior executive levels at each customer's HQ & the field-based personnel through Business Review to align Red Bull strategic goals with that of the customer * Implement Red Bull Standards * Shelf/Distribution - Executes distribution on priority packages consistent with Red Bull recommendations and goals for each retailer. Ensure all retailer account schematics reflect Red Bull standards relative to flow, package mix, Fair Space Index, and Strike Zone. * Price - Sells Red Bull's optimum prices by using best practices and available tools. Customize presentations to appeal to customers' needs and fulfill mutual goals. Secure pricing and promotional programs that align with Red Bull's internal guidance documents. * Promotion - Executes annual promotion schedule following Red Bull goals and customer volume/share goals. Creatively sell Red Bull standards and price points in a way that resonates with the customer's needs. Ensure all promotions are accompanied by POS and incremental displays. * Presence - Customizes sales pitch to achieve account goals while driving permanent displays. Evaluate Return on investment before recommending specific POS or customized solutions. Complete displays following guidelines. * Budget Planning * Constructs annual Customer Marketing Agreements and manages associated funds for each retailer. * Track and evaluate Trade Investments to ensure the highest return on investment. * Guide post-promotion analysis following all programs to evaluate promotional effectiveness and display execution. * Thoroughly analyze customers' sales to establish priorities and focus for the team at both the national & BU levels. * Manage BU & DP relationships that influence execution across the US * Establish a 'Wiring Model' that ensures all BU management (DKA, DOD, RBDC) is wired with specific Red Bull personnel that manage the HQ & BU business. * Establish necessary tools and business review templates to ensure data consistency with BUs and DPs * Gather updates from marketing about the latest achievements/highlights and share them with your team, the retailer HQ teams, and BU personnel * Use the input of marketing and finance experts to develop plans and conceptual sales to the retailer HQ teams. * Coach broader account team to ensure partnerships, programs, important retail relationships, and collaborative relationships with Red Bull & Distributor Partners (DP) field personnel in each BU.
