DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executing customer-focused sales strategies that will support the achievement of individual, department and company revenue and profit goals

• Prospecting, selling and closing of new business within the organizations corporate global moving services line

• Managing the customer sales cycle to include: communicating with customers, coordination of customer services with the branch and/or corporate employees and customer satisfaction and quality control efforts

• Knowledge and understanding of world affairs and the impact on business

• Willingness to engage in a team selling and solutions-driven strategy

• Adhering to established sales techniques with a strong focus on ethical business dealings

• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of relocation services and customers' issues and needs

• Operating in a manner that ensures greater client retention and the highest levels of customer satisfaction

• Travel up to 25% of the time within designed territory 

• Capitalizing on on-the-job training and development opportunities

• Utilizing social media and technology to promote the company and self

• Networking to promote the company and obtain new prospects

• Performs other duties as assigned
