Overview
This position will be responsible for implementation of the Service Level Agreements (SLA) which are outlined in the MSO National Account playbooks. The National Account Representative will also be responsible for creating/building strong relationships with the local leaders within our MSO National Account customers. The National Account Representative will serve as the primary contact for the MSO National Accounts assigned to them. The role requires a strong communication and follow up skills as well as business acumen to help make improvements to our MSO National Accounts. This position will be responsible for holding the customer, the branch and yourself to the SLA as a critical component in the success of this position.

Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Mandatory Requirements-
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Requirements-
Vocational Training, Certificate, or Degree
Experience:
Mandatory Requirements-
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in the PBE/Collision industry
Demonstrated ability to successfully operate in a customer focused environment
Ability to successfully communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers
Must be highly organized and demonstrate attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills
Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as within a team
Ability to work well in a fast- paced competitive field environment
Must be able to attend training classes that provide product knowledge and skills to help diagnose color related issues in body shops
Preferred Requirement-
Familiar with industry paint lines
Good presentation and communication skills
Functional computer skills
