Overview

This position will be responsible for implementation of the Service Level Agreements (SLA) which are outlined in the MSO National Account playbooks. The National Account Representative will also be responsible for creating/building strong relationships with the local leaders within our MSO National Account customers. The National Account Representative will serve as the primary contact for the MSO National Accounts assigned to them. The role requires a strong communication and follow up skills as well as business acumen to help make improvements to our MSO National Accounts. This position will be responsible for holding the customer, the branch and yourself to the SLA as a critical component in the success of this position.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop & Maintain Trusted Relationships while adhering to the SLA 1. Develop trust relationships with the assigned MSO National Accounts. 2. Acquire a thorough understanding of MSO National Accounts playbook. 3. Understands the customers key initiatives and helps them work towards achieving them. 4. Documents daily activities by utilizing the Master 7 sales tool. 5. Serve as the link of communication between MSO National Accounts and the National Account Managers, National Account Key Account Managers and the National Accounts Business Director. 6. Provides/Schedules training to MSO National Accounts in their assigned market. 7. Handles customer inquiries and complaints working through appropriate departments within FinishMaster. 8. Establish appropriate account contact and maintains an effective and appropriate response program. 9. Maintains current knowledge of customer segment and trends within that segment and sharing of information with National Accounts team. 10. Communicates and coordinates activities with National Account Manager, Business Director of National Accounts and National Key Account Managers. 11. Performs similar and related duties to achieve objectives while using methods consistent with the FinishMaster culture.

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education:

  • Mandatory Requirements-

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Preferred Requirements-

  • Vocational Training, Certificate, or Degree

  • Experience:

  • Mandatory Requirements-

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in the PBE/Collision industry

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully operate in a customer focused environment

  • Ability to successfully communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers

  • Must be highly organized and demonstrate attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as within a team

  • Ability to work well in a fast- paced competitive field environment

  • Must be able to attend training classes that provide product knowledge and skills to help diagnose color related issues in body shops

  • Preferred Requirement-

  • Familiar with industry paint lines

  • Good presentation and communication skills

  • Functional computer skills

Responsibilities The National Account Director is a remote position and will be responsible for developing and implementing managed care strategies while building long term positive and profitable relationships for our client's lead asset. The National Account Director will work within assigned accounts and cover all market access channels as needed. These may include: National and Regional Accounts. The National Account Director primary responsibilities include securing favorable formulary status and access. The role will conduct financial analysis, develop proposals, secure internal approvals, negotiate terms and conditions, implement contractual agreements, and ensure Payers are enabled to support oteseconazole. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Account Management and Pricing and will work closely with, Field Sales Directors, Operations & Analytics, Trade, Finance, Legal, and Compliance. Job Responsibilities: * Deliver the pre-FDA approval information exchange deck and associated resources after FDA approval to include value proposition, coding requirements, and other supporting payer marketing tools * Optimize product formulary positioning and increase product market share via leadership of collaborative plan pull-through initiatives with field sales, brand marketing and leadership * Facilitate pull-through & access education at assigned accounts and provide other account management services that optimize patient access while mitigating potential barriers * Collaborate with other national directors and other market access team members and sales partners * Develop a wide range of clinical, medical, pharmacy, and executive advocates within influence functions of customer's business * Promote and differentiate our client's product(s) to key executives and decision makers within assigned strategic accounts * Conduct analysis and develop business plans, owning all aspects of communication and engagement for internal multi-functional reviews and approvals * Develop and deliver account proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, execute contracts, monitor and measure profitability * Provide updates to leadership on assigned account activities and trends, recommending, defining, and implementing tactics to maximize product sales and profitability * Profile payers within assigned strategic accounts * Build and execute payer account access strategies for strategic accounts * Effectively manage budgets and project timelines as needed * Develop account specific strategic business plans, execute against them, and provide quarterly business updates * Represent the company at major payer and trade conferences Job Requirements Education and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business or life science. MBA preferred. * A minimum of 5 years within Market Access experience and 10 years in pharmaceuticals * Current relationships with top National Payers in the US.
