Your role at Clorox:

As the National Account Manager you will manage Food Lion and Hannaford Divisions of ADUSA to deliver volume and AMPS results for assigned Clorox Categories. There is a Regional Sales Manager that reports into the National Account Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. 30%
  • Customer and Category Planning: Leads Customer Business planning with Retail Customer. Leverages Category/Consumer understanding and Insights to drive Category strategies/initiatives with the customer. 50%
  • Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Uses appropriate systems and tools, and proactively manages Trade Funds within guidelines. 20%
  • People Management: Develop and Manage 1 direct report Regional Sales Manager Food Lion, Hannaford ADUSA divisions

What we look for:

  • 7-+ years of CPG experience

  • Clorox external (Field/Customer) or equivalent experience

  • Clorox internal (Sales Planning) experience beneficial

  • Category/Sector Expertise

  • General Clorox knowledge-(how things work, who to go to)

  • Customer understanding

  • Consultative Selling Skills

  • Multi-functional knowledge/understanding

Workplace type:

This role will be required to be within a 50 mile radius of Alpharetta, GA or Charlotte, NC based upon the customer needs. Internal candidates must currently be in a Grade Level 27 to be considered.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

-Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100

-Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100

-Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
