What You'll Do

As a National Account Manager, you'll be part of our Global Tools & Storage (GTS) division is searching for a National Account Manager to manage our Home Depot partnership and business in Atlanta, Georgia, working specifically with our Power Tool Accessories category. You'll get to:

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with The Home Depot's Key Decision Makers (KDMs).

  • Develop & implement a strategic sales and marketing plans for all the Stanley Black & Decker brands with a focus on DEWALT.

  • Fully own the entire sales cycle which includes listing management, promotional plans, day to day activities, marketing plans, and execution.

  • Work hand in hand with supply chain and operations for forecast planning, in stock positions, new product roll outs, and fulfillment excellence overall.

  • Interact weekly with channel marketing, brand, and product teams on new products and promotions.

  • Must understand financial P&L of the business to include working with finance and owning the sales and profit for portfolio.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 to10 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.

  • Ability High energy, Self-motivated, and persistent with sense of urgency.

  • Proven track record with success in meeting and exceeding sales goals - ability to drive growth.

  • Creative and innovative mindset and demonstrated success in problem solving.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize and work cross-functionally.

  • Strong interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communication.

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of market (competitors, environment etc.).

  • Experience in similar industry is a plus.
