We're looking for a National Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive strategic sales and help organizations more effectively manage their recruitment strategy.

You will also promote the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative and mobile. Your passion for Phenom People will ultimately help one billion people find the right job. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for selling Phenom People's products or services and developing and expanding existing accounts.

You will be assigned to large, complex, high visibility and strategic accounts as well as conduct face to face meetings including presentations, webinars and product demonstrations over the phone and in-person. In this role, you will identify revenue opportunities within entire client organization and analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales. You will network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to become industry expert and demonstrate success in building and growing existing accounts and territories.

Work Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need the following

Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations

Understands how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex organizations

Experience in consultative and solution- based selling

Online recruitment, digital marketing or staffing sales experience

Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities

Passion to educate and close deals quickly

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills



Bachelors Degree Preferred

Work Experience
5-7+ years of SaaS experience , Industry experience in HR technology strongly preferred

Manager and staff needed for 8 week promotion.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>The Local Manager (Lead Elf) is a seasonal team leader responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Santa operation on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to financial accounting of all sales, budgets, hiring, payroll, set operations and following Cherry Hill Programs’ policies and procedures. Local Managers must be able to perform, train and coach every role on the set.
