This position is fully onsite at our Santa Ana office, allowing for real-time teamwork, immediate problem-solving, and a strong sense of community among our team members. Who You Are: The National Account Manager is an individual contributor for new business development and customer relationship management.

If you are a skilled sales professional with a passion for selling to the C-suite executives of North America's largest companies, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity. In this role, you'll be originating and closing multimillion dollar projects. What You Will Do:

Identify and target high-potential prospects among companies with annual revenues exceeding $400 million in the United States and $750 million in Canada Execute aggressive prospecting and cold-calling strategies to initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently identifying new opportunities for growth. Utilize a consultative approach to understand clients' needs, aligning our solutions with their strategic goals.

Secure meetings to create momentum and active prospect engagement to drive the sales process to a successful conclusion. Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor proposals and deliver exceptional value propositions.

Create and conduct presentations working with the Sales Operations team to obtain and review client data, finalize reports, and deliver findings to the prospective client. Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients. Manage and further develop the client relationship to facilitate additional business and referrals.

Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications What You Need:

Bachelor's degree required 5 years of successful sales experience required and a proven track record in B2B consultative sales, with a focus on selling to large companies Experience with CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Demonstrated success in prospecting and cold calling, consistently delivering results Exhibits relentless drive and determination to achieve sales goals, consistently seeking new opportunities and overcoming obstacle with a positive attitude Able to handle rejection gracefully maintaining motivation and focus on long-term success while continuously refining sales strategies based on client feedback Ability and passion for developing long-standing business relationships and maintaining customer focus High sales aptitude, self-motivation, and drive to hunt for new business Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets Ability to travel within the designated sales territory Why Work at PRP: 25 year company history and growth Winning team atmosphere with high degree of employee recognition and promotions from within High paced, collaborative working environment that thrives on team success We value social responsibility and have employee founded committees to provide employees a chance to give back to their community in ways most meaningful and rewarding to them Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans. 401K plan with company match Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary of $120,000, complemented by an attractive commission structure. As a National Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, providing significant income potential based on your performance and achievements. With our commission structure, your target earnings potential ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 annually, reflecting the substantial rewards available to top-performing individuals who excel in driving sales and nurturing long-term client relationships.
