May include; · Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers · Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system solutions for the customer's problems, including financial and performance-based considerations · Actively participate and travel for National Organizations, Tradeshows and other events in order to develop and maintain industry/trade relationships · Coordinate product training with suppliers and associations · Train company owned employees and independent distributors in the expectations to support National Accounts strategic objectives · Resolve market conflict between distribution channels that are in shared territories, while growing overall market share · Consistently ascertain customer's needs and current market opportunities · Keep current with and identify market trends and new ways to improve customer satisfaction & loyalty; strengthen our market position and accelerate revenue growth · Identify and communicate competitor activities and other industry activities that affect product management and sales growth · Collaborate with Sales and Marketing in the creation of robust national and local marketing strategies · Work with distribution and regional sales teams as needed to reach plan goals · Develop multiple relationships with purchasing influencers in the customer's organization, including construction managers, vice presidents, and procurement leaders · Develop and implement best practices for establishing, building, and maintaining client relationships that positions the company as a provider of choice · Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs

  • Works within knowledge · Collaborates with cross-functional teams - Sales, Marketing and Distribution, etc. · Aligns work with established sales goals and strategies · Product knowledge and HVAC industry knowledge a strong asset · Ability to read and comprehend residential architect and engineer plans · Demonstrates the ability to execute the consultative selling approach in a B2B environment; excellent relationship management skills · Ability to effectively negotiate agreements with customers and other related parties · Ability to comprehend detailed knowledge of Company products and services, customers, decision makers, sales processes and market trends · Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) · Proficient creating and presenting builder presentations using PowerPoint both verbal and printed · Ability to communicate effectively ideas, concepts, business plans and strategies · Develops quality interpersonal relationships and demonstrates flexibility and an open mind in social styles · Embraces the "customer and team first" concept and uses a collaborative style in problem solving · Frames professional activities through an organized and detailed time management system · Demonstrates discernment and sound judgment, applies strong work ethics and integrity on the job · 5+ years sales experience preferably in the HVAC industry · New Construction experience is preferred · Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience · Education and/or experience in RNC a plus No · Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations · Up to 35% travel required

Pay Range:

  • $100,000 - $125,000
