We are looking for a passionate, driven National Account Manager to build and expand strategic relationships across multiple assigned K-12 and Higher Education territories. Attention to detail, high energy, and flexibility are essential for success in this position. As a National Account Manager at Edmentum, you must have a thorough knowledge of our customers' business models, organizational structure, and strategic plans to build a detailed program that supports our unique customer needs and drives growth. The ideal candidate will live in the NE territory of the U.S., which covers MI, OH, PA, NY, NJ, CT, MA, NH, VT, and ME.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Team with current Edmentum partners to:

  • Ensure that they are maximizing their outcomes through full understanding of their current solutions

  • Team with our implementation partners and help drive plans to reach our partners desired outcomes

  • Expand our footprint within accounts through relationship building at the executive as well as functional level

  • Be an excited, passionate and a positive spark with our business partners and internal teams

  • Build New Business:

  • Seek out and grow new business on a national level, relationships in the following will give you a huge advantage:

  • National Charter Management Organizations

  • Adult Learning / Workforce Development

  • Literacy Councils

  • Corrections

  • National Non-Profits

  • Education Foundations and Coalitions

  • Renewals:

  • Increasing customer spend is paramount

  • Perform strategic account reviews on all strategic customers

  • Look to grow products utilized in implementation

  • Include BD on all extra-sell renewals

  • Include services on all possible orders

  • Positive lifecycle touchpoint pacing

  • Engage dedicated implementation consultant and customer success to ensure outcomes

  • Bachelor's Degree Minimum

  • High Energy and Drive to Over Perform

  • Track Record of success

  • Adaptable Mindset and willingness to make mistakes and grow

  • Grit and a sense of humor couldn't hurt

  • Ability to travel 70% and work remotely
