Experience:
Significant level of relevant work experience, including previous customer and/or product experience required. Purchasing/commercial contract negotiation preferred.
Previous work calling directly on Large On Highway Truck Fleet Customers expected.
Responsible for creating and maintaining an account relationship matrix to ensure robust relationships across the organizations. 3X3 Relationship building. From C Suite to the Shop Floor.
Supports new product introductions with field trials and VOC with assigned customers.
Develops and maintains a robust sales pipeline comprised of conquest accounts, new product introductions, and share of wallet growth. Previous work using CRM is a plus as you will use Salesforce to track events and opportunities.
Works with all OEM's and Delivery Partners to understand their fleet programs features and benefits. Able to work through Channel Conflict with Desirable outcomes.
Strong communication with local field support teams helping deliver program details of large fleet accounts.
Strategic thinking on pricing and value-added selling approach to our customers.
Someone with the ability to present complex solutions in combination with business reviews to corporate decision makers both internally and externally.
Develops strong partnering relationships with OEM National Account contacts that support future and current opportunities.
Communicates effectively to ensure retention of existing customers throughout challenging environments.
Brings a professional energetic growth mindset to our sales team.
Willingness to travel through U.S. and Canada.
