Job Summary:

This person will be responsible for driving sales of Comcast's 'Deployment Services'portfolio; Specifically for the acquisition and management of large multi-location partner and commercialaccounts(including major telecommunications providers). Develops and delivers sales proposals to prospective accounts, closes business deals and exceeds pre-determined budgeted sales objectives. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in the art of the complex sale. This person will usually determine their own work priorities and may be asked to actas a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develops sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations in the retail, health care, technology and hospitality sectors.

  • Actively generates new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.

  • Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations that sell the benefits of Comcast products and services to enterprise customers.

  • Achieves and exceeds all individual, department and budget goals.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on all Comcast Business Class advanced products including Metro Ethernet and fiber services.

  • Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive customer retention; works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation with excellent follow up.

  • Offers recommendations to sales leadership on new business prospects through the review of sales records and activity reports.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

  • Generally requires 5+years experience selling National Accounts

  • Strong reporting experience

  • Strong understanding of

  • Experience utilizing prospecting tools (I.E-LinkedIn), industry publications, trade shows and other events.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ILEX is a Plus

  • Distribution and client partner experience is a plus (specifically in service provider or hardware industries)

  • Ability to present to all levels of an organization

  • Presence to interfacedirectly with customer executives

  • Ability to work wellindependently

  • Strong prospecting experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Meets and exceeds established inside sales product and services gross profit targets. * Drives insides sales of all Logicalis products and services, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities. * Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. * Gathers market and client information; understands customer needs and requirements. * Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; solicits new accounts. * Creates business cases and high level financial models including ROI and TCO analysis to help in positioning and selling of technology-based solutions to solve business problems. * Maintains and develops relationships with clients. * Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts. * Negotiates terms of agreement and closes sales. * Establishes and maintains current customer and potential customer relationships. * Gains clear understanding of customer business requirements. * Educates customers on full breadth of solutions offered by Logicalis. * Negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications internally under guidance of Director, Inside Sales. * Engages proactively with Solutions and Services, Marketing and Operations teams. * Establishes clear priorities for new and existing client sales to drive sales growth. * Advises on forthcoming product developments and discusses special promotions. * Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values. * Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors. * Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with client service expectations. Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certification Education: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management disciplines, or related field. Experience / Technical Requirements * 2 years demonstrated inside sales experience selling Information Technology products (i.e. HP Storage, Cisco, and IBM) and consulting services/managed services. * 2 years combining products and services into technology solutions that meet customer business needs. * Technical sales experience selling in IT field with familiarity with Cloud, Managed Services, and Web 2.0 technical concepts. * Fundamental understanding of consultative, solutions sales process for dedicated, managed, cloud, and hybrid web hosting solutions. * Demonstrated success in strategic thinking, planning and implementation; strong desire and track record of getting things done. * Aptitude, ambition and eagerness to join A-level Inside Sales Team and contribute to fun, professional culture focused on growth and outcomes. * Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce and other sales tools. May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications * None.
