Develops strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, membership and earnings objectives for assigned book of business.
Establishes mutually rewarding and trusting working relationships with various client and/or consulting partners; Following through on all incoming inquiries or deliverables in a timely fashion
Excels at offering creative product and/or service solutions to address client evolving needs
Leads and executes on tactical components of the account team business plans for assigned book of business
Direct ownership in working with cross functional teams to identify, implement and monitor customer service efficiencies
Processes all renewal and new logo installations via Aetna case installation/management systems - meeting all timelines/deliverables
Prepares/Leads education/training on Aetna products, services, policies as well as industry updates via webinars, formal or in-formal presentations for assigned book of business
May lead and mentor less tenured Account Managers
4+ years of sales and/or account management experience. PEO knowledge a plus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and manage process oriented functions
Requires strong attention to detail, time efficient and be highly organized
Requires strong communication skills, written and verbal, and formal presentation skills
Strong Excel, Word, Powerpoint skills; Aetna system knowledge of Web CCI, ODI, SBC portal, etc.
Must be flexible to travel to meet with clients based on case assignments
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
