As a Technical Support Advisor II, you'll provide leadership, high quality technology design expertise, guidance and consultation to Global Workforce Management clients and internal business partners, including Client Services, Implementation, Relationship Management, Product Management, Hosting, Testing and all other functional areas involved in the resolution of technical client issues for Global Enterprise eTIME.

THINGS YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

  • Mentor Global Enterprise eTIME associates on Product and Process related topics

  • Provide technical expertise across the Global Workforce Management organization

  • Participate in new product, feature, and tool organizational readiness activities

  • Participate in Business Process Improvement initiatives


  • Ability to communicate to all levels of associates, including Sr. Management.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Kronos Workforce Central, ADP Enterprise eTIME or Time and Attendance concepts are required.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Enterprise eTIME, experience developing, reports or complex SQL queries

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

VIEW JOBS 3/20/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-18T00:00 Job Description F-35 Depot Kitting & Support representative will provide technical services of the supply operations supporting F-35 Depot Repair Kitting Support at NAS Jacksonville, FL.These tasks include receiving and inventorying parts, building kits per BOM (Build of Material) and monitoring stock levels required to support Depot Repair Kitting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing the customer kit/parts status, assisting with part number/ National Stock Number verification, responding to customer requests for mission support, assisting with shelf life, ESD identification, organizational refusals and kit deliveries. Responsible for providing weekly status reports and timely notifications of any major or recurring problems to the local F-35 Depot Kitting Site Lead & FTO Program Manager. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently, must be a self-starter and possess strong leadership skills, and must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and senior management. Must be a US Citizen. Must have Interim level or higher U.S. Government Secret clearance prior to start. Valid Driver's License Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours/day. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Basic Qualifications 5 years of combined experience in supply chain management, material control, receiving, part inventory, monitoring stock, kit management and building kits per BOM (Build of Material) to support high volume depot operations.
