Contributes to the efficient completion of the payroll function at the mine in order to timely and accurately process the bi-weekly payroll for 1300+ employees.

Contributes to the efficient completion of the payroll function at the mine in order to timely and accurately process the biweekly payroll for 1300+ employees.
Ability to work safely and promote the safe behavior in others
Demonstrated experience in data entry for payroll or other accounting functions such as: accounts payable, accounts receivable or fixed asset accounting
High attention to detail
Ability to work with large data sets, generate reports and interpret results
Ability to work well with others
Advanced computer skills across the Microsoft office suite.
KRONOS knowledge and experience preferred
SAP knowledge and experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Handle multiple priorities and accomplish tasks under tight timeframes
Prefer secondary education and/or Microsoft certification in office/administrative applications
Must be willing to work overtime as necessary
