A key sales role based in the United States (prefer Houston/Gulf Region). Lead an extended sales and customer success team in the development of strong long-term business relationships with Autodesk's most important engineering & construction customers while meeting/exceeding financial and business objectives. Team members include Technical Solution Executives, Customer Success Managers, Support Specialists, Inside Sales, Sales Development, Sales Operations, Consulting Project Managers, services delivery partners, and product overlay roles.

Lead extended account team to achieve sales objectives with assigned customers
Develop strong, long-term, influential business relationships with customers
Develop and implement customer-specific account plans to expand Autodesk's business impact
Drive effective use of sales processes, tools, and methodologies across account teams
Provide reliable and accurate forecast to sales leadership
Provide insight and feedback to product development and marketing
Principle-centered with strong business ethics
Results oriented; strong verbal and written communication skills; self-aware
Proven ability to develop strong long-term business relationships
5 years of direct sales experience leading large account teams
Knowledge of non-domestic business practices and a global perspective
Must be willing to travel 30% - 50% to achieve sales objectives
BS Engineering/Construction/Business preferred
