As the NAM Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for defining, structuring and maintaining overall fleet and facilities management performance strategy in North America Land and North America Offshore Regions.
In this role, you'll also be responsible for:
Acting as primary interface on performance, maintenance, and scheduling and other related matters for Fleet Management in North America
Being responsible for contractual performance tracking / reconciliation and routine performance reviews
Scheduling maintenance activities and define integrated fleet improvement modification programs (FMI's and other related activities) including budgets, schedules, and material requirements
Routinely apprising Regional Management about fleet performance and costs
Ensuring alignment with HQ Commodity , CoE and Operations
Ensuring performance of related vehicle / fleet administration such as updating vehicle registrations
Maintaining appropriate records, files and archives related to fleet operations and driver performance
Serving as resource to the HSE department on matters relating to vehicle operations and safety
Administering DOT mandated vehicle program to include driver licensing and periodic certification, log book requirements and compliance with all general requirements
Monitoring and keeping records of each current company driver's state Motor Vehicle Record, reviewing such records periodically and as may be needed for cause
Making periodic visits to vehicle bases to inspect, audit, conduct meetings, and promote awareness & compliance with proper vehicle operation and maintenance procedures
Monitoring and administering the Fleetmatics and other monitoring systems, utilizing data captured to provide management reports throughout the company
Performing justification and life cycle cost analyses and perform trend analyses for various vehicle performance and maintenance issues and related expenses
Participating in the investigation of all vehicle accidents; follow-up on accident reports and repairs with corporate and local management

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Operations (preferably focused on Fleet-related operations).
Have effective oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrate the ability to lead programs / projects.
Have established project management skills.
