We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM & Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a CRM & Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining actionable and reliable sales indicators related to sales performance for POC in US and Canada. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our sales team by providing valuable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • Prepare reports related to sales performance, sales funnel, and other sales-related metrics.

  • Design and maintain dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) selected by POC Leadership.

  • Support the sales team by fulfilling specific data requests related to sales activities.

  • Build indicators required for the compensation process.

  • Serve as a liaison between the compensation team and sales team for data review and validation, particularly regarding contract data accuracy.

  • Develop automated reports for customer meetings, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and other relevant reports.

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting to management as needed.

  • Represent POC in initiatives related to Shareville and CPQ updates, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.

  • Update internal sites and dashboards specific to POC, ensuring information is current and easily accessible.

  • Manage and maintain information from market research to support sales strategies and decision-making.

  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) based on sales roles, territories, and zones.

  • Create dashboards with crucial data for the sales team, including contract expiration, compliance status, and other relevant metrics, centralizing data in one accessible tool.

  • Manage the sales tracing database from third parties for primary care, making it available through dashboards for the primary care sales and marketing teams.

  • Develop and keep comprehensive understanding of the databases available at Siemens Healthineers to produce sales Point of Care (POC) dashboards.

  • Any other related with Sales Operations function within the NAM region.

Required skills to have for the success of this role.

  • BS/BA degree

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools: Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Python, Pandas and related tools to process and manage databases.

  • Proven experience in CRM systems and data analytics within a sales-focused environment.

  • Excellent understanding of sales processes, sales funnels, and key sales performance metrics.

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present them in a clear and concise manner.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and data sources.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

The pay range for this position is $73,920 - $101,640 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
