Position Description:


The NA Channel Programs Manager for NSP will be responsible for the
communication, execution and performance tracking of our programs and
incentives specific to the US and Canada National Service Providers.

This individual will be interfacing on a regular basis with our NSP Account
Executives as well as each NSP partner to communication business results and
trends as it relates to their program earnings. We are looking for an
individual with strong communication skills with the ability to analyze and
interpret data to tell a broader story of the business.

Core responsibilities Include:

The NA Channel Programs Manager for National Sales Providers (NSPs) will be
responsible for the communication, execution and performance tracking of our
programs and incentives specific to the US and Canada NSPs

This individual will be interfacing on a regular basis with our NSP Channel
Account Managers and Directors as well as each NSP partner accounts to
communicate business results and trends as it relates to their program
earnings and target performance. We are looking for an individual with strong
communication skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to tell a
broader story of the business.

Core responsibilities Include:

  • Cultivate and develop relationships with the NSPs and the Lenovo NSP Sales
    Team in order to become the trusted focal on all channel program related
    topics

  • Promote and drive Lenovo Program awareness within the Lenovo NSP Sales Team
    and NSP Accounts

  • Lead the weekly cadences with each partner including but not limited to,
    defining the agenda, preparing the content, scheduling the meeting,
    identifying business gap/opportunities, assigning the actions, following-up
    till the completion of the actions etc.

  • Manage regular incentive programs and multiple program initiatives at each
    NSP; orchestrate the program structure, track the progress, calculate the
    payments, report the results

  • Present and review the Program session at NSP QBRs (Quarterly Business
    Review) as needed

  • Own and distribute the weekly NSP Cadence Package to consolidate and
    interpret the business performance of each account

  • Work with Operations Team and external vendors to address any payment
    concerns or issues from the NSPs in a timely and effective fashion

  • Work cross-functionally with Community, Financing, Sales, and Category Team
    to remove any program execution inhibitors

Requirements:


Basic Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in the Channel or Sales function, Programs or
    Incentives management, or related area

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with both internal and
    external clients

  • Comfortable analyzing data and Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    required

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Channel Programs and Strategy

  • Self-starter and motivator; ability to fast recover from set-backs

  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast-pace environment
