Job Description:

Will work as a team member on the Configuration and Data Management (CDM) Team supporting all current and future programs.

Will be responsible for providing daily Build To Print Drawings to the Production Floor. This includes printing, cutting to size, folding and hand delivery to operations on a regular basis (often several times a day). This requires rapid turnaround to support production requirements or other urgent program delivery requirements.

Scan legacy drawings in Aperture Card, mylar, paper or other formats and input scanned files into EPDM with proper EPDM metadata.

Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with manufacturing, engineering, drafting and data control activities.

Maintain the EPDM System metadata, process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), create and validate Parts Lists, and release and deliver drawings. Candidate will review ECNs submitted for approval to ensure completeness and compliance to company and program processes and policy.

Support all aspects of the LM RMS EPDM system, including processing and review of Problem Reports (PRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). Will work with engineers, drafting, and operations and participate in meetings as needed to resolve questions or issues.

Participate in the drawing and parts list creation, update, and delivery process. This will include validation of drawing and parts list data and change incorporation prior to submission to operations or customer delivery.

Provide assistance to the EPDM Configuration Control Board (CCB) chair in preparation of PR, ECN review and approval as needed.

Support development and delivery of multiple TDP (Technical Data Package/Drawings) CDRLs on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Candidate will perform other related duties and assignments as required in support of the CDM organization.

This position is on site in Moorestown NJ consisting of multiple locations across a broad geographic area. Ability to travel, often on short notice, between Moorestown-based LM sites is required.

Basic Qualifications

Ability to be proactive in approach to workload as well as managing own priorities. Strong work ethic and the willingness to drive the work as required to ensure that all tasks/deliveries are completed on time or ahead of schedule.

Knowledge and experience with database systems. The ability to quickly learn and utilize these systems.

Must have high computer proficiency with a working knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, MSWord and Acrobat Pro.

Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.

Strong organization skills are required. Attention to detail and accuracy are a must.

Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a U.S. Government SECRET Security Clearance.

U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for consideration.

Desired Skills: Ability to understand engineering documentation - a working knowledge of engineering drawings, parts lists, bill of materials, equipment breakdowns. EPDM (Windchill Enterprise Product Document Management) Configuration Management (CM) experience including delivery of CDRLs and contract documentation is desirable. Demonstrated experience with military Configuration & Data Management (CDM) processes, tools, and knowledge of CDM command media. Experience in the CM tools and workflow processes, as well as SharePoint, Excel, MS Access. Experience in EPDM/Windchill or similar CM workflow tool is highly desirable.
