The MyChoice Premium Weekend Program offers a variety of weekend scheduling options and premium rates. Medical, dental and vision insurance options available. # # Position Summary Our PCAs help residents by providing comfort. Our PCAs are expected to effectively interact and communicate with residents, residents# families and team members.

In addition our PCAs: Enhance community reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to those we serve. Provide resident comfort by maintaining resident stability by checking vital signs and weight; responding to resident requests; reporting observations of the resident to nursing supervisor.

Provide for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals and in-between meals snacks and refreshments. Provide residents# personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths. Education and/or Experience High school graduate or GED.# Successful completion of the Direct Care Worker online test through the Department of Human Services.


A minimum of one year of experience within the past

Position Summary
