Naturescape of Muskego, WI is seeking to hire a Part-Time or Full-Time / Seasonal Snow Removal Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This position has the opportunity to become a full-time Lawn Care Specialist in the spring.

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you enjoy spending your working day outdoors in various weather conditions. You will typically work 10 hour days, 4 days per week (with variations due to weather and customer needs). You consult with both residential and commercial customers on a full range of lawn and landscape issues to assess their needs. Your exceptional customer service skills and comprehensive training enable you to ensure that your customers are happy with their property and your services.

You drive company vehicles to customer locations, where you work to efficiently provide lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, mosquito control, and snow removal. Because of your dedication and ability to easily build rapport, your customers know they can depend on you and our company for their lawn and landscape care needs. You love helping your customers achieve the lawn and landscape of their dreams!


This position is flexible for the snow removal season. If you have 24/7 availability and be available whenever it snows.

If you have partial availability, we can work around your other work schedule. Or if you are interested in becoming a backup or put on a reserve list, we will call you when we need extra help. We want to work with you! In the springtime, our Lawn Care Specialists typically work 10 hour days, 4 days per week.


  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
