Music Practitioner

HospiceMusic Therapist will provide music therapy services for assigned Hospice patients and families in accordance with accepted standards of music therapy practice, Here at Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities, we like to provide a holistic approach to care, focusing on the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.

A few must-haves for this position:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in music with a concentration in Music Therapy.

• Music Therapist, currently certified by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT).

• Follows standards of practice per American Music Therapy Association, the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT) and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.

• Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

• Hospice music therapy experience preferred.
