A Municipal and Utility Engineer Project Manager job is available with a client in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Municipal and Utility Engineer Project Manager will work with in-house Engineers and other design professionals. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineering (PE) license or an Engineer in Training in Ohio and /or Kentucky, 3-10 years' civil engineering experience, and production management skills.


  • Assist with the preparations of proposals, concept cost estimates, and grant funding where appropriate

  • Provide the technical knowledge needed to complete a set of construction documents, including written specifications and engineering analysis

  • Be responsible to develop civil related improvements on utility projects; scope of design includes water, sewer, and storm utility

  • Identify and obtain all permits for required projects and prepare presentation documents

  • Ability to create the design and engineering deliverables; schematic design through construction documents, sketches, engineering data and directions received from Division Head

  • Adhere to the Client and other required standards or best practices in the creation of deliverables

  • Collaborate with engineers, clients, funding agencies and contractors to ensure a well-coordinated project

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets for the portion of the project assigned

  • Respond to submittals and RFIs

  • Conduct on-site construction visits and generate field reports

  • Be able to communicate all aspects of a project with the clients, engineers and or sub-consultants as needed

  • Some travel may be necessary mainly within Ohio and Kentucky to project sites and meetings as needed for project coordination


  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required

  • Professional Engineering License or Engineer in Training in Ohio and/or Kentucky

  • 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the tasks listed above

  • Experience with water and sewer modeling along with utility rate analysis is a plus

  • Fluency in the use of various software programs: MS Office and AutoCAD; experience in MicroStation and GIS is a plus

  • Works independently on projects, exercising good judgment, decision-making, and when and where to engage others to successfully complete a project

  • Manages multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Interprets and exceeds internal and external client expectations and team needs

  • Excellent detail orientation and time management skills and the ability to independently learn and grow in the field practiced

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Description Position Summary: The General Utility Worker is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of dishes, serve ware, equipment, etc. In addition, the individual may perform other serviceable duties as assigned. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Essential Functions: * Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized * Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned * Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management * Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks * Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. * Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation * Ensures security of company assets * Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Qualifications * Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures * Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals * Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends * Requires constant standing/walking * Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
