A great, entry level opportunity is available at our corporate headquarters in Orlando, Florida for a talented media specialist to join our fast-growing media production team. Potential candidate must be able to execute on-location videography, post-production video editing and photography. Applicant must have at least 2 years experience in planning, filming and editing video projects. The position requires the ability to shoot and assemble recorded footage into a finished video to use in various hospitality, vacation marketing and corporate projects. The objective of the media specialist is to have the capability of telling a compelling story thru visual media using creative video production and editing skills.


  • Cooperate as part of the media production team
  • Coordinate pre-production and production planning; conduct on-location video production and post-production video editing.
  • Interact with clients
  • Operate all portable video and audio equipment;
  • Transport and set up lighting and audio/video equipment as required
  • Shoot and edit video footage using standard or advanced editing techniques
  • Event Photography and Videography
  • Product Photography
  • Meet with clients and coordinate production needs
  • Plan and perform video post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, video transcoding, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing using Adobe Premiere Pro software, Adobe Audition, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom; utilize computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts; compress video projects for output; capture recorded video using software and encode media appropriately; makes video products available in a variety of formats including streaming media files
  • Trim/Edit B-roll
  • Input music, sound bites into a video sequence
  • Create rough and final cuts of recorded video footage
  • Able to make logical sequencing and with a storytelling approach
  • Growing and maintaining our media library
  • Consult with the media team, Executive Director and Media Production manager from production through post-production on projects
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing techniques and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
  • Ability to manage your time, projects and meet deadlines consistently


  • Proven working experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro CC
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, After Effects
  • Demonstrable strong ability to shoot video and editing capability with a strong portfolio
  • Understanding and knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity etc.

  • Potential ability to travel nationally at times – 28 Resorts Media Shoots
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. – media equipment
  • Technical Certificate, BS Degree, video production, or on the job experience in a related field

Additional Info: Voice over talent a PLUS! Working knowledge of Canon and Sony video and photo cameras and lenses, DJI Ronin, Stabilizers. Apple/MAC computer systems.
