The customer is interested in IT Modernization efforts and Change Management/Training. This effort will involve training and facilitating changes for employees impacted by IT modernization efforts, evolve workforce to 21st Century skillsets and work practices, and enable the workforce to drive successful IT Modernization efforts going forward utilizing in-house talent.
The Multimedia Design Analyst/Graphic Artist designs and produces media in support of training, promotion, and the like. Provides technical knowledge and expertise on computer graphics, digital photography, videography, animations, etc., Designs and develops multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing such as computer-based systems for personal computers or web-based applications. Incorporates software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics, animation, text, and sound. Responsible for performing complex program assignments in analyzing, defining, coding in the design, and implementing cost effective information technology solutions.
Designs, develops and reviews media content to current standards.
Prepares and conducts tests of content which require interfacing of hardware and software.
Follows processes and diagrams outlining the steps in operation; provides inputs to documentation of development processes, conducts testing and makes modifications to content as needed.
May analyze system capabilities to resolve input/output problems.
Education and Experience:
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
A portfolio is REQUIRED, an online portfolio is preferred.
Experience developing content for delivery through multiple sources including YouTube, web, Learning Management System (LMS) such as Blackboard
Experience with entering data capture components into content, such as xAPI or SCORM 2004 commands
Experience developing ADA 508 Compliant content
Experience with Agile development
