The Office of Multicultural Services and Programs seeks a Graduate Assistant to coordinate cultural, educational, and professional development programs for our resource centers. The five resource centers include the:; • International Student Resource Center; • La Casita Student Resource Center; • LGBTQ+ Student Resource Center; • Veteran's Resource Center; • Women's Resource Center
Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule
20 hours per week. MSP hours are Mondays through Thursdays from 8am-6pm and Fridays from 8am-4:30pm. Evening hours and some weekends will be necessary for program implementation.

Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Contribute to the creation and implementation of MSP signature programs.
Design, coordinate, and supervise approximately 3 student resource center programs each month.
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all MSP workshops and programs.
Develop materials for educational workshops.
Create program manuals for easy reference.
Supervise undergraduate student staff members and assemble teams to assist with program implementation.
Collaborate closely with student organizations to assist with program implementation and leadership development.
Establish, monitor, and update social media and website presence for MSP and specific student resource centers.
Organize and maintain the student resource center spaces.
Assist with special projects and represent MSP at various events and programs.
Staff information tables at open houses, orientations, and other events as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
