Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager Needed

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager/Multi-Unit Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a self-starter with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.

This position reports directly to ownership. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in operations, service, and guest experience Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and expand market presence Hire, train, and mentor management teams at each location, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Monitor key performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve business objectives Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives to optimize profitability and control expenses Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to develop innovative menu offerings and promotional campaigns that resonate with target customers Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures Serve as a liaison between ownership and management teams, providing regular updates on business performance, challenges, and opportunities Qualifications:
