Seeking a business analyst to manage and coordinate contract Earned Value Management System (EVMS) setup and management, cost control and analysis, proposal preparation, and staffing. Responsibilities also include:
Developing and tracking budgets, manpower forecasting, and Earned Value computation for a variety of funding sources.
Position is the E&T-Finance LRASM program lead for TSM.
Manage a myriad of program finance functions; including establishing / managing program cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets including EFS, SAP and others.
Coordinate Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and prepare accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership.
Program team lead responsible for mentoring and coaching other Financial Analysts including yearly performance/review responsibility for each team member.
Must have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
