Minimum Qualifications:

Multi-channel Content Creator

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • One to three (1-3) years of experience creating content in a marketing environment.

Associate Multi-channel Content Creator

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Internship or student-worker experience creating content in a marketing environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other video editing software. Customer service skills, including diplomatically, patiently, and successfully handling complaints, problems, questions, conflict, and suggestions.

  • Knowledge of AP style and experience working within brand guidelines.

  • Experience with a website content management system.

  • Understanding of development and design tools (including HTML), SEO, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, basic understanding of website analytics and measuring ROI; solid understanding of online copywriting and how it impacts search engine optimization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and strategy; experience with web content management systems (CMS); marketing best practices.

  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas.

  • Excellent editing skills, including technical knowledge, grammar and formatting. Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage complex tasks, set priorities and manage the involvement of other staff

  • Ability to collaborate and contribute in a team environment but also to show initiative and function under limited supervision.
