Performs various duties related to the assigned nursing unit in accordance with established Hospital Policies and Procedures.

Under the supervision of healthcare provider, performs a variety of basic patient care activities. Reports to departmental unit manager/director. FLSA: Non-exempt Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education X High school diploma preferred. Drag Edit Delete Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Drag Edit Delete Required Skills Certifications: X Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire X AZ CNA license on hire or LNA license Competency: EKG Interpretation within 30 days of hire Drag Edit Delete Minimum Work Experience Certified Nursing experience preferred.
