Position Overview

As a part of our dedicated team at Pioneer Landscapes you will be a part of our transportation department.

The primary function of this role is to drive, operate, and lead in the placement of materials through the Pioneer Blower Truck, as part of the greater effort of the Pioneer Contractor Services team. Drivers will be tasked with driving and maintaining trucks that will be assigned to them, as well as working closely with our team of dispatchers who are planning routes and tracking deliveries. A Class A CDL license is required for the state in which you operate. Successful candidates must have a clean driving record and must pass a DOT mandated drug, alcohol test, and physical.

Skills We Are Seeking

• Valid Class A or B CDL license

• Experience operating a Manual shift may be preferred

• Experience operating a Moffett or other truck-mounted forklift may be preferred

• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records

• Ability to perform physical requirements such as bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head on a daily basis

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Able to pass the DOT physical examination

• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
