Responsible for day to day maintenance of Statement of Work (SOW) fulfillment via phone, email and through the VMS online management application.
Works with Hiring Manager in all Business Lines supporting SOW bidding/RFx, on boarding of SOW Consultants, and extension management of active SOWs Consultants.
Operates in close partnership with Bartech Program Director as part of the on site Program Management Office team. Also interacts daily with client SOW Analyst through daily operational reporting.
Provides "Level One" support of Hiring Manager and Supplier use of the VMS tool. Focus on in person meetings with Hiring Managers and Suppliers.
Responsible for supporting all SOW Consultant on boarding, invoicing approval, and off boarding.
Acts as liaison between Customer and Supplier to administer RFP/SOW engagement process.
Will track Customer progress in fulfillment of their open SOW requirement including assistance with content development and recommendations for deliverables, SLAs, penalties, and payment characteristics.
Remain pro-active in escalating troubled requisitions appropriately to the Guidant Global Program Director.
Ability to remain calm under pressure in an often times stressful environment with last minute demands.
